This 'What would a cure mean to you?' site is owned and maintained by Parkinson's UK.

By using this site you are accepting our terms and conditions. We may change these at any time by posting changes online. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted you are accepting our new terms and conditions.

By telling us what a cure for Parkinson's means to you through the form on this website, you're agreeing that we can use your picture and your message on Parkinson's UK online channels and marketing materials.

This includes this 'What would a cure mean to you?' site, our main website www.parkinsons.org.uk, our social media channels and possibly Parkinson's UK printed materials.

We may use your message in our media work, either with your first name or anonymously. In our media work we will never use your picture or personally identifiable information without your permission.

About this site

On this site we will only display your first name with your message, as well as the user category you've selected. We will never display your email address or surname. If you prefer not to be identified on this site as a person with Parkinson's or a carer you can choose the category 'Parkinson's UK supporter'.

It's your responsibility to make sure that you have permission to use the picture that you upload. You can choose from one of our standard pictures if you don't want to upload one of your own.

We're not pre-moderating messages and pictures before they go up on the site but we will monitor entries that have been added. We have the right to remove any entries for any reason.

Some of the entries on this site have been sent to us from our members by email or postcard.

You can ask us at any time to remove your picture and your message from this site. Please email web@parkinsons.org.uk

We will not disclose or share any of your personally identifiable information, except for the purposes described above in these terms and conditions.
